I arrived 12 minutes after closing, singlehandling the boat in wind and current. Fortunately a fellow boater volunteered to help me dock. The first shower I went to use had a broken handle and so didn’t work. When I went to leave mid-morning two employees did not know where the on schedule dock person was and they didn’t help off the dock. Totally not impressed with customer service
